We sell our eggs unwashed.  Unwashed eggs have a natural coating called a “bloom” that protects the egg from bacteria.  Eggs with a bloom do not need to be refrigerated.  
 
You can leave eggs on your counter for up to 2-3 weeks.  If desired, wash with WARM water just before eating.  Or wash with WARM water now, and refrigerate for up to 2 months.
